YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Oversee and coordinate residential painting projects from start to finish.

• Lead, mentor, and develop crews to ensure quality and growth.

• Schedule and manage project timelines, resources, and materials.

• Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure expectations are clear.

• Troubleshoot issues on-site and proactively solve problems.

• Track progress and report to leadership to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

• Maintain all project documentation and ensure smooth handoff between sales and production teams.

• Ensure every project meets our standard of exceptional quality.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Minimum two years of experience in a leadership, coordination, or project management role.

• A strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — you’re a natural communicator.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

• Basic Word and Excel experience.
