We’re looking for professional painting partners who want steady work and are interested in building a long-term relationship with us.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE​

• You take pride in your craftsmanship

• 3+ years experience painting with your crew. 

• Experience in all aspects of interior and exterior painting and staining work.

• Comfortable with heights and ladder work

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

• Own tools, ladders, sprayers, etc.

• Proof of liability insurance

• WCB coverage

• A valids GST #

• You are fluent in English.

• You are able to connect with people effectively

• You have a preference in life to set and hit goals.​

• Must be presentable, punctual, highly detail-oriented, self-starter, problem solver, and a team player​

• Ability to communicate directly with clients in a professional and timely manner​

• A strong work ethic​​​

• Ability to manage job site and other painters.

​COMPENSATION​

Fixed Price Contracts: We pay you for both labour and materials.
