Colour Craft Franchising Inc. · Last Updated: February 19, 2026

Colour Craft Franchising Inc. ("Colour Craft Painting") is committed to ensuring that our websites, applications, and digital platforms are accessible to all individuals, including those with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities. We believe every person should have equal access to the information, services, and opportunities available through our digital presence.

Our goal is to provide a barrier-free experience that respects the key principles of independence, dignity, integration, and equal opportunity for persons with disabilities, whether visible or invisible.

Accessibility Standards

Our web content is designed and continually improved to align with the following standards and regulations:

International Standard

  • WCAG 2.2 Level AA: We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

United States

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Our Sites are designed to align with the accessibility principles of Title III of the ADA, which has been interpreted to require places of public accommodation to provide accessible digital experiences.

Canada

  • Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA): For operations in Ontario, we work to comply with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11) under the AODA, 2005, including the Information and Communications Standards.
  • Accessible Canada Act (ACA): We support the objectives of the Accessible Canada Act (S.C. 2019, c. 10) to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to accessibility in federally regulated entities and across Canada more broadly.
  • Provincial Accessibility Legislation: We work to comply with applicable provincial accessibility requirements in the jurisdictions where we and our franchise locations operate, including British Columbia's accessibility standards as they are developed and enacted.

Measures We Take

Colour Craft has implemented the following measures to ensure the ongoing accessibility of our digital platforms:

  • Incorporating accessibility as a core requirement in our website design and development process
  • Conducting regular accessibility audits and evaluations using automated testing tools and manual review
  • Training staff and franchise operators on accessibility awareness and digital best practices
  • Integrating accessibility feedback from users into our improvement process
  • Monitoring updates to WCAG guidelines and applicable legislation to support continued alignment

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across all of our digital platforms, we acknowledge that some content may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps. Known limitations may include:

  • Some older PDF documents or third-party embedded content may not be fully accessible
  • Certain interactive features may require additional keyboard navigation improvements
  • Some images may be missing descriptive alternative text

We are committed to remediating these issues as quickly as reasonably practicable.
