2-Year Warranty
We stand by our work with a two-year written workmanship warranty. If our workmanship fails, we cover the labour and materials to repair the affected area.

Full workers' compensation coverage for everyone on our team, so you're never liable for on-site incidents.
Our Guarantee
We stand by our work with a two-year written workmanship warranty. If peeling, blistering, flaking, or other coating failure is caused by our workmanship within two years of completion, we repair or repaint the affected area, including the labour and materials to do it. We also utilize industry-leading paints, stains, primers, and other products to ensure maximum durability. Our intention is to get it right the first time and save you money long term.

For the warranty to be valid, you must:
Have paid the contract in full.
Notify us promptly in writing at info@colourcraftpainting.com with your name, project address, completion date, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
Make the property accessible so we can inspect the area and carry out the warranty work.
*Full terms and exclusions are set out in the written warranty provided with your proposal and discussed during your estimate.
What is not covered:
Our warranty covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, fading or sheen change, moisture, rot, or substrate failure, structural movement, damage or misuse after completion, pre-existing conditions or previous coatings, caulking and other materials that need periodic maintenance, or work done with paint supplied by someone other than us. Decks, fences, railings, steps, and other horizontal or high-wear surfaces are not covered unless expressly included in writing, and these surfaces typically need maintenance every 2 to 3 years because of weathering outside our control. Any exclusions specific to your project are set out in your proposal.
