Colour Craft Step-by-Step Process
From your first call with us through the final walkthrough, our process is clear, organized, and well-managed. We take the time upfront to understand your needs, priorities, and what matters most to you.

Step 02
Introduction & Setup Phone Call
A few days before your on-site estimate, your Sales Representative will call to understand your goals, preferences, timeline, and any specific concerns. We will clarify the general scope of the project and outline what to expect during the estimate meeting.

The Estimate Meeting
We will meet with you at your home at a convenient time and prepare a detailed written proposal based on your specific needs. During the visit, we complete a full site walkthrough, review surface conditions, discuss colour and product options, confirm pricing and payment terms, outline scheduling, and answer your questions.

Schedule Your Project
If you are comfortable with the scope, pricing, and overall plan, we will schedule your project and begin the colour-selection process. A 35% deposit is collected to secure your place in the schedule.

Paint Sampling & Design
This stage may include matching existing colours, selecting a colour you have seen elsewhere, or starting fresh with a new design. At your request, we can apply test samples using actual paint so you can see how colour looks on your home before finalizing the selection. Final design details are confirmed by email before production.

House Washing
One to three weeks before the scheduled start date, our Production Manager will arrange for the house to be washed. This first surface-preparation step is essential for paint adhesion, and adequate drying time is built into the schedule.

First Day of Production
About one week before the project begins, the Production Manager will confirm details and any weather-related changes. On the first morning of production, we will introduce the crew, review the scope of work, and address final questions.

Surface Preparation
Before painting begins, our team completes the preparation needed for adhesion and long-term performance. This may include minor filling, scraping and sanding loose or failing paint, sealing gaps, and spot priming exposed areas where required.

Painting & Progress
With preparation complete, our team focuses on the painting work itself. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication and provide progress updates so you know what has been completed and what to expect next.

Final Walkthrough
We will complete a final in-person walkthrough with you to review the finished work and confirm that everything aligns with the plan discussed at the beginning of the project. All work is backed by our 2-year warranty.

Close & Relationship
Once you love the new look of your home, we will complete the final sign-off, handle payment, and look forward to an ongoing relationship. We are always available if you have questions or need support in the future.
