Independently owned and operated franchise locations are responsible for their own compliance with applicable privacy laws regarding information they collect and process directly.

Our careers application form collects your name, email, phone number, region, work experience and the resume file you attach.

Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors move through our site. PostHog records page views, clicks and other interactions so we can improve the site and understand where enquiries come from. We do not record session replays. PostHog data is processed on servers in the United States.

Advertising. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. These let Google show you our ads on other sites and let us measure which ads produce enquiries. When you arrive from an ad, we keep the click identifier from the link so we can attribute your enquiry to that ad. Google may combine this with information it already holds about you.

Hosting. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which records basic request data such as IP address for security and performance, and collects anonymous performance measurements.

Booking. When you request an estimate, the booking form is provided by DripJobs, our scheduling software. Information you enter there is handled under DripJobs' privacy policy as well as ours.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google's ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and ask us to stop analytics processing by emailing info@colourcraftpainting.com. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

When you submit one of our website forms, the details are recorded in a private Google Sheet that only Colour Craft controls and are emailed to info@colourcraftpainting.com. Resumes attached to a careers application are sent as an email attachment to the hiring manager. They are not published on our website and we do not store them on the public site.

Our Sites and Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
