Dylan’s 2022 commercial repaint on Lakewood Drive in East Vancouver involved a full exterior repaint of a fourplex property, including colour matching the trim and fascia throughout.
The upper elevations made this a challenging access project. The crew used 40-foot ladders, harnesses, and a carefully planned safety setup to complete the work across the property.
