The Project

A meticulous colour-match trim refinish on a large East Vancouver home. Benjamin Moore Aura in a Low Lustre finish applied to all trim, fascia, window frames, posts, door frames, and doors throughout.

Aura's advanced colour lock technology delivers exceptional hide and colour retention, while the Low Lustre sheen provides a refined, sophisticated look. It is one of the most demanding products to apply correctly, requiring experienced hands and careful preparation.

The project presented significant technical challenges — multiple sections required 40-foot ladder placements, and the varied roof lines and architectural details created complex access situations. Two experienced painters worked for two full weeks.
