The Project

Sheila's home in Tsawwassen received a full exterior repaint using Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint across all surfaces. The project covered stucco siding, wood siding, fascia boards, wood soffit, and posts — with a carefully selected three-colour palette that refreshed the home's entire exterior character.

The stucco siding was painted in Ancient Marble SW-6162 (Flat) for a warm, natural stone finish. The wood siding received Honed Soapstone SW-9126 (Flat) for a sophisticated contrast. All fascia boards, wood soffit, and posts were finished in Crushed Ice SW-7647 (Satin) for a clean, crisp accent that ties the palette together.

The project was completed in 6 days with two coats applied to all surfaces (three coats on the wood soffit for maximum durability). Tsawwassen's coastal exposure to the Strait of Georgia makes proper product selection and application critical — SuperPaint's moisture resistance and UV protection ensure long-lasting results in this environment.
