The Project

This new home in the Isabella Point and Roland Road area of southern Salt Spring Island received a full exterior and interior repaint. The project covered the siding, gutters and trim, a studio, decks, steps, concrete flooring and doors and windows outside, plus bedrooms and ceilings inside.

All exterior and interior paint surfaces were finished in Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh. The concrete floors and vinyl decks were coated with Sherwin-Williams Porch & Floor Enamel, and all stained surfaces, including the decks and steps, were finished in a natural colour Sikkens Cetol 1.

The project went smoothly from start to finish and took 7 days to complete, covering the full scope of the house, studio and outdoor living spaces.
