The Project

This project was a private, high end strata in the Central Granville St area of Vancouver. The scope covered all of the fascia boards on the property along with 50 detailed french cut window frames. No other exterior surfaces were included in this job.

The crew used Benjamin Moore Aura exterior paint across the fascia boards and the 50 french cut window frames. The window frames required particularly detailed, careful cutting-in work given their french cut style, distinct from the broader fascia surfaces.

The strata's residents were pleased with the detailed workmanship, and the job went on to generate several referrals for interior work from residents in the building. The project took two weeks to complete.
