Exterior Repaint, Vancouver, BC

This Vancouver home received a full exterior repaint covering the siding, fascia and trim, window frames, door frames, white soffits, front railings and posts, rear posts, and five exterior doors. The wooden stained soffits, decks and stairs were not part of this job.

Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint was used on the siding, with SuperPaint Satin on the fascia, trim, window and door frames, white soffits, railings and posts. The five exterior doors were finished in Sherwin-Williams Duration Satin. Bare-wood spots were scraped, sanded and primed with Extreme Block primer before painting.

The home was repainted in its existing colours, so the before and after photos show a fresh, clean finish rather than a colour change. The home had been running as an Airbnb through the summer, so the crew scheduled the work for right after the season ended, starting with the back of the house, the guest entrance, to get that side finished first. The project took 2 weeks.
