Full Colour Change Exterior, Glacier View Drive, Squamish, BC

Dennis’s home on Glacier View Drive in Garibaldi Highlands is a large, technically demanding property that required three full weeks to complete. The job was a full exterior colour change: every surface repainted using Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior, one of the most durable exterior coatings available for the challenging Squamish climate.

The biggest challenge on this project was the ladder placements. The home’s terrain and multi-level profile created numerous difficult access situations throughout the three weeks. Our crew navigated every one of them safely and precisely, ensuring full coverage on all surfaces including the high shingle peaks and upper window frames.

The scope covered everything: siding, shingles, trim, gutters, belly boards, window frames, door frames, doors, and garage doors. At $21,000–$25,000, this is one of the larger exterior repaints we’ve completed in the Sea-to-Sky corridor, and the result reflects the level of care and technical skill that went into every detail.
