The Project

This Downtown Squamish strata building had 101 front doors repainted along with two exterior stairwells used to access the building's floors. The doors needed freshening up and were done in a colour match. Work was coordinated around residents and fire safety access throughout the building.

The 101 doors and their door frames were finished in Sherwin-Williams Duration Satin, an orange colour match, with two coats. The two stairwells were painted with Sherwin-Williams Armorseal Tread-Plex in a semi-gloss, with the landings painted grey and the stair nosings painted black.

The crew worked through resident access and fire safety coordination so the building stayed usable while the work was underway. The project, covering all 101 doors, frames and both stairwells, took two weeks to complete.
