Project Description

The Project

This Garibaldi Highlands home went from pink stucco to a full colour change in white with satin black trim and railings. The project covered the stucco siding, fascia, door frames, railings and one door. The garage doors and rear deck were not part of this job.

The stucco was coated in Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Exterior Acrylic Latex in flat white, with the fascia, door frames and railings finished in Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Acrylic Latex in satin black. The door was painted in Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Acrylic Latex, satin. Two coats went on the siding, fascia and door frames.

The colour change from pink to white was significant enough that a third coat was needed on the siding to get full, even coverage. The job ran seven days to complete.
