Exterior Repaint & Fence Staining, Lynn Valley, North Vancouver, BC

This Lynn Valley home had its siding, trim, soffits, doors and fence repainted, along with a rear shed and front concrete steps. The work order excluded the window frames, so those were left untouched throughout the project.

Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint in flat was used on the siding, with Super Paint in satin on the fascia, soffits, door frames and post. The front door and a second door were finished in Sherwin-Williams Duration satin, and the fence received two coats of Sherwin-Williams WoodScapes solid stain. The front concrete steps were primed and coated with Sherwin-Williams Loxon concrete and masonry primer/sealer. The rear shed was painted to match the house, with its own siding, fascia, door frame and door in the same products. No colour names were given in the paperwork for any surface.

The crew worked around end of season rain and cooler temperatures that required careful timing. The job, including the house, shed, fence and steps, took about 2.5 weeks to complete.
