Full Exterior Repaint, New Westminster, BC

This New Westminster home had one elevation, the front, painted a different colour than the rest of the house. We repainted the siding, soffits, window frames and door frames, along with the rear shed and balcony lattice, bringing the front in line with the other three sides. The right side of the house was not painted, and the siding and trim above the roofline at the rear, the downpipes, the doors and the rear deck posts and railings were left out of this project.

Siding, the rear shed and the balcony lattice were finished in Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Exterior Acrylic Latex, flat, two coats. The soffits, window frames and door frames were painted in Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Acrylic Latex, satin, two coats.

With the front now matching the other three sides, the house reads as one consistent colour all the way around rather than three sides matching and one standing apart. The project took 4-5 days to complete.
