The Project

This Richmond home had its siding, fascia boards, chimney and garage doors repainted as a full exterior repaint in a colour match, so the before and after look similar by design. The doors, garage door and front door frame, gutters and downspouts, and the aluminium-wrapped fascia were not included in this scope.

The siding was coated with Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck Solid Stain in a flat finish, colour matched to the existing colour, applied in two coats. Fascia boards and garage doors received two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald in satin, white. The chimney was finished with two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald in flat, matched to the siding colour.

The project was completed in three to four days. The homeowner had booked with us after Colour Craft painted two of their relatives, who recommended the company for the work.
