The Project

This Ladner home had its exterior trim repainted, the fascia boards, the door frames and the garage door frame. The siding was not painted on this job, and the doors, garage door, window frames and gutters and downspouts were also left out of the work.

The fascia boards, door frames and garage door frame were coated in Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck Exterior Solid Colour Stain in a satin sheen, applied in two coats. The colour was matched to the client's existing paint using their own can and formula.

The trim repaint was completed in one day, giving the home a consistent finish across the fascia boards and frames without touching the siding or other excluded surfaces.
