The Project

This Tsawwassen home got a full exterior repaint: siding, shingle siding, fascia boards, window frames, door frames, garage doors and posts, plus carpentry wood repairs and replacements. The doors and front door frame, the small fascia boards behind the gutters, and the shed were not painted.

The siding was finished in Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Flat, 2 coats. The shingle siding was coated in Dulux WoodPride solid stain, also 2 coats. The fascia boards, window and door frames, garage doors and posts were painted in Sherwin-Williams Emerald Satin in Navajo White SW 6126, 2 coats.

It started as a trim repaint. The owners then added the siding and the carpentry repairs, so it became a full exterior. The work took about 2 weeks.
