The Project

We repainted the outside of this Tsawwassen home and its rear shed. On the house we painted the stucco siding, the wood siding above the rear deck, the soffits and fascia, 37 window frames, the door frames, the left side door, 11 downpipes and the wood trim under the front entry glass canopy. The garage doors, the front door, their frames and the rear deck structure were not painted.

The stucco and wood siding on the house and shed went on in Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint in flat, Grecian Ivory SW 7541, two coats. The homeowner upgraded the trim to Sherwin-Williams Duration, so the soffits, fascia, window and door frames and the canopy trim were painted black in Duration satin, two coats. The doors and downpipes were painted black in Forte, a urethanized acrylic, in satin, also two coats.

On the shed we painted the stucco siding, the soffits and fascia, two door frames and the outside of both doors, using the same products and colours as the house. Both buildings now have ivory stucco with black trim.
