The Project

Only the upper trim of this North Delta home was repainted: the fascia boards and the four upper shutters on the front. Both were painted black. The siding, gutters and downspouts, shed and lower trim (posts, window and door frames, doors and the lower shutters) were not painted.

The fascia boards and the four shutters each got two coats of Dulux Weatherguard in satin, using paint the homeowner supplied.

Roofers were working on the house when the job was first scheduled, so Denisse asked us to wait until they had finished. Once the roof was done, the crew painted the fascia and shutters in one day.
