The Project

This Steveston home had its exterior trim repainted while the siding was left as is. The scope covered fascia boards, trim, window frames, door frames, columns, doors and the garage door. The hardie and shingle siding, gutters and downspouts, and the white side doors were not painted.

Fascia boards, trim, window frames, door frames and columns were finished in Sherwin-Williams Duration Satin, Modern Grey SW-7632, two coats. The front door and four rear doors were painted in Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel Satin, Tricorn Black SW-6258, two coats. The garage door was painted in Sherwin-Williams Duration Satin, Grays Harbor SW-6236, two coats.

The trim repaint was completed over 3 to 4 days, updating the fascia, window and door frames, columns, doors and garage door while leaving the siding untouched.
