The Project

This Steveston home received a precision exterior trim repaint that transformed the look of the home without touching the Hardie and shingle siding. The project focused on all trim elements (fascia boards, trim, window frames, door frames, and columns) painted in Modern Grey SW-7632 for a sophisticated, updated palette.

The front doors received Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel in Tricorn Black SW-6258, a premium urethane enamel that provides exceptional hardness and colour depth for high-traffic door surfaces. The garage doors were painted in Grays Harbor SW-6236, a complementary medium grey that ties the palette together.

Completed in just 2–3 days, this trim-only project demonstrates how targeted painting can dramatically update a home's curb appeal without the cost and time of a full exterior repaint.
