The Project

This exterior repaint in South Surrey covered the front and both sides: the siding, including the side gable siding and soffits, the fascia boards, belly bands and corner boards on both sides, and the upper fascia board under the front gutters. The rear of the house and the rest of the front trim were not painted.

The siding, side gable siding and soffits were painted in Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint in flat, with two coats. The fascia boards, belly bands and corner boards, including the upper front fascia board, took SuperPaint in satin, also two coats. The siding and trim went back on in the same colours they were before.

The homeowners got their quote early in the season and came back to us near the end of the year, and we fit the job in just before the fall weather arrived. Part of the siding sits next to the power line coming into the house, so BC Hydro shut the power off for a day while the crew painted that section.
