Grey Exterior Repaint & Deck Staining, White Rock, BC

This White Rock home had its wood siding, painted brick, soffits, fascia, carport ceiling and decorative trim, door frames and posts repainted. The rear deck, including the railing spindles, stairs and the posts and boards beneath, was stained, along with the front porch floor, stairs and railing. The shed siding and fascia were repainted in the same colours as the house. The doors, gutters and downspouts, and the beams under the deck were not part of this job.

The siding on the house and shed was finished in Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint in flat, Grizzle Gray SW 7068, two coats. The painted brick, soffits, fascia, carport ceiling and its decorative trim, door frames, posts and the shed fascia were painted in SuperPaint flat, Pure White SW 7005, two coats. The rear deck, its railing spindles and stairs, the posts and boards underneath, and the front porch floor, stairs and railing were finished in Sherwin-Williams WoodScapes solid stain, Driftwood SW 3027, two coats.

The front porch staining was scheduled on a day that worked for the homeowner so she did not need to leave the house while the crew worked. The project took about a week to complete, and Val left a five-star Google review noting the attention to detail and communication throughout.
