Full Exterior Repaint — Valley Cliff, Squamish, BC

This Valley Cliff home in Squamish had a warm tan/pink siding that had seen years of weather exposure from the Sea-to-Sky corridor's demanding climate — rain, UV, and temperature swings that are hard on exterior coatings. The homeowner wanted a complete transformation: a cool, modern blue-grey palette that would complement the dramatic mountain backdrop that defines Valley Cliff.

The scope covered every exterior surface: wood siding, soffits, gutters, window frames, door frames, and doors. We used Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior — our preferred product for Squamish homes because of its exceptional UV resistance, moisture protection, and long-term colour retention. Duration's self-priming formula also means better adhesion on the existing wood siding without a separate primer coat.

The in-progress photos tell the story of the transformation — you can see the new blue-grey being applied by spray alongside the original tan siding, and the dramatic difference even mid-project. By completion, the home had a completely new identity: cool, confident, and perfectly matched to the mountain setting of Valley Cliff.
