Grey & White Commercial Exterior Repaint, Brackendale, Squamish, BC

This older commercial building in Brackendale, home to Bean Co, received a full exterior repaint including siding, stucco, soffits, fascia, window and door frames, decks and railings. The interior sections of the courtyard windows near Bean Co were left unstained and unpainted.

Siding and stucco went on in grey and white using Sherwin-Williams A-100 Exterior Flat, two coats. Window frames, door frames and soffits were finished in grey with Sherwin-Williams A-100 Exterior Satin, two coats. Fascia boards and two doors were upgraded to Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Satin, two coats, and the rear balcony railings were finished on both sides in a solid stain. The stucco ceiling above the Bean Co entrance was repainted white with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Exterior, two coats.

The crew worked through extensive prep on the peaks, including stripping, scraping, sanding and priming bare wood sections before painting, and coordinated closely with the property management company throughout to keep the finish on track. The job was completed over two weeks.
