Bathroom & Foyer Interior Repaint, Seafair, Richmond, BC

This Seafair home had an interior repaint covering the bathroom and front foyer. In the bathroom, the walls, ceiling, baseboards, and the door and door frame were painted. In the foyer, the walls up to the stairwell, baseboards, the inside of the front door and its frame, both sides of the hallway door and its frame, and the outside faces of the closet bifold doors were painted. The foyer ceiling, inside the closets, the stairwell walls, and the stair spindle railing and rail below it were not part of this job.

The bathroom walls were painted in Pewter Cast SW 7673 in a semi-gloss finish, while the foyer walls were painted in Compatible Cream SW 6387 in an eg-shel finish, both with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Interior Acrylic Latex, two coats. The bathroom ceiling was finished in Extra White SW 7006 using Sherwin-Williams ProMar 400 Ceiling Paint, flat, two coats. All doors, door frames, and baseboards throughout were painted in Extra White SW 7006 using Sherwin-Williams ProClassic Waterborne Interior Acrylic Enamel, semi-gloss, two coats.

The work was completed in 1-2 days. The client described the painters as punctual, thorough, and friendly, noting the crew's experience and attention to detail throughout the project.
