The Project

This Seafair home is a large luxury acrylic stucco property in one of Richmond's most prestigious neighbourhoods. The full exterior transformation required a comprehensive approach, from the main stucco siding to the masonry fence, front entrance soffit, all doors and frames, and garage doors. Every surface received a colour-matched finish using premium Sherwin-Williams products selected for each specific substrate.

The stucco siding was painted with SuperPaint Flat for its exceptional hide and durability on acrylic stucco surfaces. The front entrance wood soffit received Helmsman Spar Urethane Clear Coat in satin, protecting the natural wood while adding a refined, weather-resistant finish. All fascia boards, decorative trim, side and rear doors, and garage door frames were finished with Emerald Satin for a durable, semi-gloss surface.

The front door and garage doors received Forte Satin for a premium, high-traffic finish. The front masonry fence was treated with Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer/Sealer on the main surfaces, with Forte Flat on the top caps. The project also included fascia carpentry repairs on four areas and light fixture painting on the front masonry fence. Jared and his team completed the full scope in one week.
