Multi-Colour Interior Repaint, Seafair, Richmond, BC

This Seafair home got an interior repaint for its new owners before they moved in, covering the front living room and foyer, back living room, kitchen and dining room, upstairs hallway, primary bedroom with its den, walk-in closet and bathroom, three more bedrooms, two more bathrooms and the laundry room. Baseboards were painted in every room except two bathrooms, along with window casings and sills, three posts, and the French doors and frame. Ceilings, the other interior doors and door frames, the stair railings and the garage were not included.

Walls were painted in Sherwin-Williams Duration Home in matte, two coats through most rooms and three in the laundry room and one bathroom. Swiss Coffee (Benjamin Moore OC-45) covers most of the house, with Evergreen Fog SW 9130 in the front living room and foyer, Smoky Salmon SW 6331 in the den and back living room, Crooked River SW 9524 in the primary bedroom and downstairs bathroom, and Salty Dog SW 9177 in one bedroom. Baseboards, window casings, sills and posts in the Swiss Coffee and Smoky Salmon rooms were finished in Sherwin-Williams ProClassic, semi-gloss, two coats. The deeper colours, Salty Dog on the French doors and frame plus Crooked River and Evergreen Fog on baseboards and sills, were finished in Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane, semi-gloss, two coats. Trim that had been stained wood received a primer coat before the two finish coats.

The owners were referred to us by their church after we repainted its sanctuary, and the job was scheduled in the window between them taking possession of the house and moving in. The work was completed in about a week.
