The Project

This Steveston home received a complete exterior transformation using a sophisticated two-tone palette: Network Grey SW-7073 on the wood siding for a modern, contemporary look, and Pure White SW-7005 on all trim elements for crisp contrast. The project also included fence staining with Sikkens Cetol SRD RE in a natural cedar tone.

Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Satin was selected for all painted surfaces for its exceptional durability and resistance to Steveston's coastal moisture. The wood siding received two coats of Network Grey, a sophisticated warm grey that complements the brick accents on the home. All fascia boards, door frames, doors, garage doors, downpipes, and posts were painted in Pure White SW-7005 for a clean, high-contrast finish.

The cedar fence received one coat of Sikkens Cetol SRD RE in Natural Sico-078, an oil-based flat stain that penetrates the wood grain and provides excellent UV and moisture protection while maintaining a natural cedar appearance. The project was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to the homeowners.
