The Project
This Steveston home had a full exterior repaint covering the siding, fascia boards, door frames, doors, posts, downpipes, garage doors and fence. The crew pressure washed the exterior, sanded and patched surfaces before painting, and kept the site clean throughout the job.
The siding was painted in Network Grey SW-7073 using Sherwin-Williams Duration Satin, two coats. Fascia boards, door frames, doors, posts, downpipes and garage doors were finished in Pure White SW-7005, also Duration Satin, two coats. The fence received one coat of Sico ProLuxe SRD RE in Natural Sico-078.
While on site the crew found a post that was deteriorating at the base from flower bed water and a door frame that needed replacing due to rot from rain, and flagged both for the homeowners. They also patched corners of the gutters to stop leaks as part of the project.

“The crew and management were very professional. The workspace was kept clean and every thing was put back in place when finished. We had the exterior of our house painted including the gutters and fence. They power washed, did the sanding and patching before they painted. They also brought to our attention other work that we should consider doing (eg: One of the posts was falling apart at the bottom, due to water from the flower bed; one of the exterior door frame needed replacing as it was rotten due to rain). Besides painting they also patched the corners of the gutter to stop the leaks. Management kept a very open communication line and the pricing was competitive. I would strongly recommend Jared, Chris and their team for all painting needs.”
