Grey & Black Exterior Trim Repaint, White Rock, BC

This White Rock home faces the ocean. Its exterior trim was repainted; the siding was not painted. The scope covered the front fascia boards, the upper front fascia board and the vertical trim board at the front left corner, seven window frames, the upper balcony door frame, and six doors. The lower and middle fascia boards behind the glass balcony panels could not be reached and were not painted.

The fascia boards, window frames and the balcony door frame were finished in the home's existing grey and black using Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh, two coats. The six doors were finished in the home's existing black using Sherwin-Williams Forte in satin, two coats, with bare spots spot primed first.

The front of the house faces the ocean and takes on a lot of weather off the water, which is why the higher-end Emerald Rain Refresh and Forte products were used on these surfaces. The job was completed in 2 to 3 days.
