The Project

This Downtown Squamish townhouse strata project covered two exterior stair cases, each running from the 4th floor down to the ground level, plus the front doors for 110 units. The stairwell walls were not part of the scope.

The stair nosings on both stair cases were painted black in satin using Sherwin-Williams tread plex industrial paint, two coats, and the horizontal floor landings and steps on both stair cases were painted grey in the same Sherwin-Williams tread plex industrial paint, on both stair cases from the 4th floor to the 1st floor. All 110 front doors were painted in a colour match.

The crew reported the job went smoothly from start to finish. The full scope, stairwells and all 110 doors, was completed over 2 weeks.
